Operations & events coordinator

We Code24 is scaling. We’re building an offline-first coding programme for high school learners across SA, and it’s working. The problem? Things are growing quicker than our systems. That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the organiser behind the chaos — making sure events run, materials go out on time, people follow through, and partners are looped in. You’ll work closely with our MD, and have a big impact on how things move.

What you'll be doing: Managing production timelines for printed resources. Liaising with printers, couriers, suppliers, venues, facilitators, and schools. Planning and coordinating events like Hack Fest and Bootcamp. Coordinating partnerships, outreach, and follow-ups. Drafting reports, collating updates, keeping timelines on track. Managing relationships with contractors and freelancers. What we’re looking for: Someone organised and proactive — can manage moving parts and spot things early.
