Operations Excellence Partner MPL IMEA

The Operations Excellence Partner will support the MPL Regional team with strategic, analytical and administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prepare high-quality presentations and analyses, and efficient coordination of administrative processes that free up operational time for the team.

• Responsible for the data quality received from the Center & Areas i.e., Health Matrix, Operational Performance, Quality, Growth, Procurement…
• Support the preparation of quotations and proposals assisting Growth team.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing material for management reviews, performance updates, and quarterly planning.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external audiences.
