Operations Executive

Responsibilities Assign and distribute job orders to Cargo Officers in a timely and organised manner Coordinate closely with agents to manage bunker supplies and terminal loading schedules Develop and oversee daily job schedules to ensure smooth fleet operations Keep ship agencies regularly updated and maintain consistent communication for timely information exchange Organise and maintain filing systems, records, and databases to support operational accuracy Track vessel schedules and flag any deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational requirements are met across the fleet Prepare and update operational reports for management review Monitor compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols Support ad hoc projects, activities, and administrative duties as required by the operations team Requirements Requirements Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 to 2...
