About the Role
Location: Nearest MRT, (Ghim Moh)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $2.9K/month
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12-month contract
As a Operations Executive, you will support programme operations behind the scenes—tracking progress, coordinating updates, and helping prepare reporting materials for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain organised tracking of programme milestones, progress, and risks
- Support data collation for monitoring and evaluation
- Follow up with agencies to ensure submissions are completed on time
- Prepare reports, summaries, and slide decks for internal updates
- Provide backend coordination and documentation support for programme engagements
