Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities . Manage end-to-end order processing for overseas customers, including quotations, order confirmation, and logistic coordination. . Liaise with international customers and internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment. . Prepare, review, and submit trade documentation such as permits, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and health certificates in compliance with regulatory requirements. . Coordinate closely with logistics partners and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and monitor delivery timelines. .
