Operations Head

**Objective**
Manage and lead the resources assigned to an Operational Line complying with objectives and indicators to satisfy production requirements.
Promote collaboration between service areas establishing priorities, support his team in the development of technical and leadership skills and is responsible for making decisions and developing initiatives to guide his team to achieve objectives.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Promote safety culture, ensure that the Operative Team have all the necessary systems and protocols to operate safely.
- Secure compliance with Operative Shopfloor Management System based on Servant Leadership Culture.
Promoting adherence to the systems and updating it when necessary.
- Follow up OEE of the equipment on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring that the objectives set by production control are met and trigger action plans when these objectives are not achieved.
