Pond Meadow Academy Trust is entering an exciting period of growth as we expand our specialist provision with the opening of Pond Meadow Cobham.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Operations Lead to join us at the beginning of this journey and play a key role in supporting the successful opening and ongoing development of our new site.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days will be the same. As the main operational representative based at Pond Meadow Cobham, you will coordinate and support the day-to-day running of the site, working closely with the Assistant Head and Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO).
