Join the BigSteelBox team as an Operations Lead Hand ! We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused, and hands‑on operations professional to support our yard and transportation operations on a full‑time temporary contract ending September 30, 2026, with the possibility for extension based on operational needs.

In this role, you will combine commercial driving, forklift operation, yard coordination, customer service, and team support to help keep our operations running smoothly and safely. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
