The Impact You'll Make  You will lead the day‑to‑day execution of two scroll compressor assembly lines that power HVAC solutions used around the world. Your leadership will directly shape safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency  in a high‑impact manufacturing environment. 
By building a strong, people‑first culture on the production floor, you will help teams work safely, solve problems faster, and deliver products customers can rely on. Your decisions will influence performance across washing, welding, assembly, testing, painting, labeling, and packaging operations.
