Role Overview

Sperry Marine is a leading supplier of navigation, communication, information, and automation systems for commercial marine and naval markets. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our Asian offices. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising operational activities across multiple sites within the APAC region. You will ensure efficient logistics, customs compliance, warehouse management, purchasing, and adherence to EHS and ISO standards. You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives that support our business objectives and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
