POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of the development of its activities in Mexico, DUNE Mexico – Playa del Carmen is recruiting an Operations Manager / Base Leader.
This key position involves overseeing all daily operations of the dive center, coordinating field teams, and ensuring the quality of the services delivered to our clients.
The role is primarily office-based, with a central responsibility in organizing and managing operational activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily operational management of the dive center from the office
- Planning and supervising dive schedules (Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, cenotes)
- Coordinating and supervising field teams (instructors, drivers, logistics)
- Managing operational contingencies: weather, equipment, transport, staff absences
- Managing the fleet of vehicles and equipment (pickups, van, boat)
