Operations Manager, Cardiff – GBP 50,000+ (DOE)

The Role

• You will ensure that the firm's legal teams are fully supported, well-coordinated, and able to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for clients.
• You will be responsible for producing and interpreting management information to support decision-making, monitoring workload distribution, and supporting resource planning and onboarding, training and development across the department.
• Acting as a key link between legal teams and business support functions such as HR, IT and Finance.
