Operations Manager (Civil/FTTH Construction)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will lead and manage all operations of the region, including health and safety, finances, contract management, field activities, sub‑contractors, and client relationships according to Telecon’s commitments.
The business unit specializes in the construction of FTTH/FTTP networks. The Operations Manager will manage the full project cycle, from estimation to project completion.
The expected annual salary for this position is in the range of $100,000.00 - $115,000.00, based on the candidate’s experience, training, skills, and internal equity. The position or associated salary may vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
This is a hybrid opportunity with expectations for field visits as required (including Dawson Creek and Terrace, BC). The ideal candidate should reside in or around Kelowna, BC.
