Operations Manager (Civil/FTTH Construction) Employment Type Regular - Full time  Department Civil  # of openings 1  
Reporting to the Director of Operations; the Operations Manager is responsible to lead and manage all operations of their region. This includes health and safety, finances, contract management, field activities, sub-contractors and client relationships according to Telecon’s commitments. 
The business unit specializes in the construction of FTTH/FTTP networks. The Operations Manager is responsible for the full project cycle, starting from estimation through to project completion. 
The expected annual salary for this position is in the range of $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate’s experience, training, skills and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
