As the Group Operations Manager your duties will include:
· Provide operational leadership across all operations
· Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple sites
· Ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives
· Support new business activity through operational input into tenders and bids.
· Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture across the business
· Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency
