Job Description
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager – London & South Region, this role is responsible for translating operational plans into effective on-site delivery. 
You will lead site-based teams, manage subcontractors across workplace solutions, and ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and ISS standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services at the London site, ensuring consistent service standards.
Ensure full compliance with SLAs, KPIs, statutory requirements, and ISS policies, with a strong focus on health and safety.
Implement operational plans and priorities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager – London & South Region.
Act as the primary on-site escalation point for day-to-day operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
