Operations Manager
Overview
We are a health and wellness brand selling across the US market through Amazon, key distributors (UNFI, KeHE), major retailers (Walmart, and others), and direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels. We move fast, care deeply about our customers, and are building the operational foundation to scale.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact operations role. You will be the person who keeps the business moving — making sure stock is in the right place, orders go out on time, and the supply chain runs without surprises. The best person for this role defaults to automation over manual work and builds systems so the operation scales without scaling the headcount.
Timezone: AEST
Hours: Part time (20 hours per week)
Rate: 10 - 12 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Stock Management
- Own daily inventory monitoring across Amazon FBA, UNFI, KeHE, Walmart, DTC, and additional retail accounts.
