We design and assemble advanced motor control solutions, including VFDs, DC drives, soft starters, servo systems, and PLC-based automation. 
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager  to lead Arrow Speed Controls East’s manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement across our production environment. 
About the Role As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations while leading the transformation of ASC East into a world-class, scalable, and high-performing facility. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, improving on‑time delivery, enhancing quality, and driving operational excellence.
