Operations Manager

responsibilities

·Demonstrated leadership qualities, organizational abilities and capable of planning and monitoring work in progress in a manufacturing facility.

·Working knowledge of various manufacturing processes with preferences for assembly, injection molding, SMT production, CNC, plating and / or machining.

·Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and quality principles and tools (problem analysis, statistical tools, design of experiments, control charts, and other quality methodologies).

·Ability to do presentations with the leadership team.

·Experience with high voltage equipment, Oracle MRP or other MRP is preferred.

Physical Demands:

·Works in office setting with periods in a clean shop setting.

·Occasional exposure to potential injuries from power tools.
