Operations Manager

The RoleThe Operation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance of our fleet across all active markets.While the Asset Control Manager owns the vehicle and procurement side, the Operation Manager owns what happens once vehicles are in the hands of our fleet partners — driver onboarding rates, utilization, maintenance and repair follow-through, insurance claims, and partner accountability.This role requires someone who can hold partners to high standards while maintaining strong working relationships.The role is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build and eventually run an operation from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesOperational Performance MonitoringOwn the day-to-day operational performance of the fleet across target markets.Track utilization and occupancy rates by partner, city, and vehicle model against internal targets.Identify underperforming partners or vehicle segments and develop action plans with the partner to recover.Escalate persistent underperfor...
