Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Recovery Field Engineer to lead the operational turnaround and performance recovery of a strategic manufacturing site in Monterrey.
This role will be based directly on the production floor, acting as the key link between the supplier's manufacturing output and the client's delivery requirements.
This is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of at least 3 months, focused on stabilizing operations and clearing production backlogs.
Key Responsibilities
Execute on-site supplier recovery plans to stabilize production and eliminate delivery backlogs.
Monitor daily production KPIs including Yield, Scrap, OEE, and Throughput to ensure alignment with commitments.
Walk the production lines to identify capacity constraints in automated electronic assembly and encapsulation processes.
Coordinate with plant engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve industrial bottlenecks.
