Operations Manager - Nights Salary: £48,000 pa Shift: Mon - Fri, NIGHTS, 40 hrs per week Location: Ashby de la Zouch Holidays : 20 pa, plus 8 bank holidays Main duties include: Manage a national team of operators to execute both our fleet Daily Plan and our 4PL daily plan throughout night shifts across 7 days per week. Using cutting edge technology capabilities monitor live execution progress across all own fleet and carrier partner resources. Ensure proactive management of plan execution non-conformance to ensure successful delivery performance on behalf of our customers. Identify, fix and monitor. Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies, traffic regulations, and safety protocols. Provide management of all transport-related issues to ensure maintenance issues recorded and actioned in advance of dayshift handover.
