Position Summary
This position serves in a leadership role overseeing the agency’s Residential service programs and Camp and Volunteer Coordinator and provides support to the Director Residential Services.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and ongoing administrative management of Site Managers and Camp and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure quality services to individuals.
- Oversees overall site staffing with the site managers. Assists Site Managers as needed to hire DSPs.
- Provides oversight in site administrative, regulatory and environmental compliance.
- Serves as back up and assistance for site managers and Director of Residential Services as needed.
