About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Ready‑Mix and Aggregates, the Operations Manager will execute the business strategy and provide leadership to the Plant Managers and Supervisors on key operational initiatives while maximizing profitability and optimization of resources, ensuring that all products and services that touch the customer are of high quality and customers receive excellent service.
