We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily manpower deployment and service delivery for our cleaning and manpower support operations, including childcare centres, commercial sites and other client locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, manpower deployment and service scheduling.
- Supervise and guide operations executives, supervisors and frontline staff.
- Coordinate with clients on work schedules, service requirements, feedback and operational matters.
- Handle staff attendance, replacement arrangements, urgent deployment issues and service recovery.
- Conduct site visits to ensure service standards, workplace safety and hygiene requirements are met.
- Support recruitment planning, onboarding, training and staff performance follow-up.
