Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding. We are looking for an Operations Manager to support our operations team as we grow.
Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure inventory is properly stored and records are accurate and up to date
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the warehouse
Team Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, drivers, and technicians
Allocate manpower and assign tasks based on operational needs
Oversee onboarding and training to ensure team effectiveness
Logistic and Fleet Management: Plan and manage delivery schedules to meet service requirements
Monitor vehicle usage and ensure timely servicing and maintenance
Oversee tracking of fleet-related expenses (fuel, tolls, parking)
