Job Description
Oversees and coordinates production planning and execution to meet company goals, focusing on timely delivery, quality standards, and ERP accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:- Manages work order planning and release, scheduling workflows across departments based on forecasts and lead times.
- Ensures on-time delivery of materials/products in line with customer specifications and cost targets, working closely with QA to meet quality standards.
- Identifies production bottlenecks and quality issues, driving continuous improvement and lead time reduction through lean initiatives and rework processes.
- Manages plant operations, resource allocation, and budget compliance while aiming for cost savings, inventory reduction, and favorable standard costing variances.
- Leads key initiatives including ERP (Epicor) implementation and risk management, while ensuring accurate production and inventory data in ERP.
