Our Sort Center operations represent a strategic connectivity to reach our vision. Our Site Leaders are responsible for all safety, budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an entire building. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the SC.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole SC, including safety, productivity, financial planning, labor planning, and operational goals
- Provide strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3Yr overview)
- Guide building culture according to leadership principles
