Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing the team as well as growing the client book and assisting the existing client base in transporting goods out of and within Zambia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-border logistics and clearing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferential. Minimum 5 years experience in logistics or supply chain management. In-depth understanding of logistics within the African market. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the company's Zambia team as well as building the transport leg for the company. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
