Our operations run through a custom app, Hub Spot CRM, and a tight set of processes we are now scaling fast.
About the Role: We are looking for one person to take full ownership of our order fulfillment process — from confirmed payment to final client approval.
This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate from day one.
We need someone who dives into the work, masters every detail, and only then builds and leads a team around the process.
