Operations Production Leader (Altamira)

Location: Altamira Tamaulipas, TAM, MX

• Plan, coordinate, and verify the internal production program to ensure compliance with the production plan provided by the central planner.
• Coordinate in conjunction with the maintenance supervisor the intervention of equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance in shutdowns.

• Ensure compliance with safety and process requirements in the production equipment to safeguard personnel, infrastructure, equipment, and product.
• Coordinate with the central planner the internal production program for the Altamira plant to have a sequence that optimizes operation time of all production lines.
• Provide support in the definition of necessary adjustments to generate prime material and in compliance with product and customer requirements, including color adjustments.
