Operations Specialist - Business Aviation

Role Overview:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing first-line operational support to UAS clients and aircraft operators, managing trip requests from initial inquiry through successful completion. The role requires close coordination with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of trip support services while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and customer service. This is a fully remote contract position. The successful candidate must be a fluent Spanish and English speaker and capable of supporting international flight operations across multiple time zones.
