Job Summary:


End-to-end coordination of Ocean operations, including bookings, carrier and vendor management, documentation compliance, shipment tracking, KPI and reporting, issue escalation, billing resolution and oversight of special and critical cases to ensure timely vessel departures and monthly closures. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and communication with internal (sales, accounts and overseas offices) and external clients and their suppliers.

  • Coordination and communication with shipping line, vendors like transporter, CHA, CFS, Packing & fumigation etc

  • Booking Placement with Carrier, Coleader, Cargo pickup and container placement, CHA communication for Clearance
