The Role
This is a Fixed Term Parental leave to December 2026
The Operations Specialist, Vehicle Registration Support role is responsible for vehicle registrations for the assigned country. This role is expected to work cross-functionally with Sales & Delivery teams to ensure a timely, efficient, and smooth transaction for all customer deliveries. This role will also support fleet registrations as needed and any other admin function to support the manager/team.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process to ensure vehicles are registered in a timely manner and in line with local requirements.
- Responsible to register Tesla owned fleet vehicles, related to marketing, press, service, as well as arranging the insurance.
- Coordinate with Sales & Delivery and Order Operations to process pre-delivery and day of delivery documents accurately.
