We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Enfield .

Working hours: 40 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 05:30 – 14:00 (30 minute break). Salary: £16.57 per hour (premia paid for hours worked between 19:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of operatives and drivers
• Ensure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Plan and take actions to achieve service level targets
• Educate your team on business goals and service objectives
• Ensure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
