About The Role
The main mission of the Operations Supervisor is to manage and optimize the operational process ranging from taking orders, their preparation, and their delivery to the job site for customers while respecting health and safety rules. They are responsible for the proper management and development of ready‑mix truck operators/drivers as well as the dispatching of orders to ensure maximum logistical and operational efficiency in a safe and positive environment.
