Operations Supervisor (Rac)

This role will be key in ensuring proper execution of operations, high-quality customer service, and achievement of commercial goals in both car rentals and pre-owned vehicle sales.
Responsibilities
Supervise teams of 5 to 10 employees across operations, sales, and customer service
Resolve operational issues and ensure productivity at the point of sale
Propose and implement commercial strategies to drive branch profitability
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs and NPS)
Coordinate administrative activities with corporate departments
Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members
Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and quality standards
Support operational activities when required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership and sales roles
