Reporting to the Supervisor, this position provides internal support for the Customer Service team. Primary responsibilities include analyzing, evaluating, and maintaining data and documentation required to support business operations related to Customer Service responsibilities as well as collaborating on systemic and process enhancements/improvements and training programs with management.
This role is remote if you reside in the Atlanta, GA area or hybrid role if located in the New Prague, MN area.
**_What Will You Do?_**
+ Price Desk Management to include maintaining price records in ERP, manage/Price Book, verify pricing meets company standards.
+ Work with sales team for special promotions to determine best protocol.
+ Customer Service tasks: master data, customer account info...
