Astute People are working with a leading O&M Contractor who operate a Biomass plant in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The plant produces around 40MW of power by burning wood waste pellets.
As an Operations Technician you will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of the plant, ensuring compliance with environmental permits and performing first line maintenance.
The plant runs 24/7 365 days a year so you will be working a mixture of day & night shifts.
