As an Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You’ll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

Please note this role is based at our site in Swadlincote Address: Swainspark Industrial Estate, Park Road, Swadlincote DE12 6JT

This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am

Due to the site’s location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.
