Operator Boiler

General Responsibilities :
1. Operate and monitor the boiler in accordance with WI.
2. Fill out the logsheet as per format
3. Record conductivity steam condensate in Logsheet for its CCP control and ensure there is no CCP deviation during the production process, if there is any deviation then report to the supervisor (min foreman boiler) and then take corrective action according WI.
4. Recording actual use of Steam and Coal daily so it can be traced to be able to ensure the amount of usage properly
5. Checking and meeting the needs of boiler supporters (water, fuel, chemicals).
6. Checking and cleaning filters.
7. Clean the boiler and tidy up the work location.
8. Report to the boss as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions.
9. Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors.
10. Implement preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors.
