  Wat ga je doen? 
 You set up the machines, so everyone in production can continue to work. And all the products are ready in time.
 After a small meeting with the team, you get started and you start with the start-up:
 You also set the lines during and after production
 In the meantime, you keep a close eye on the entire process
 Is there a problem? Then you try to solve this yourself first
 Or you call in the technical service
 You ensure a good supply of raw materials
 And you check the ready products for quality
 You also take random samples
 And you instruct about 5 production employees
 You will get a good training. So you will know everything about the products, the processes and the colleagues. It is a large company and therefore plenty of opportunities to grow. In function and salary.
