Amazon Transportation Services is looking for an Operations Manager responsible for the strategic streamlining of border crossing operations to enable the access of products from US Fulfillment to our customers in Mexico.
Location
- Role is located in Amazon MEX16 in Mexico City with flexibility to travel to any US/MX border city such as Actual Laredo-Laredo, Tijuana-San Diego, Ciudad Juarez-El Paso.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews with couriers to ensure data-driven improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in 3P managed operation.
