Optometrist
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose visual impairments, and prescribe corrective lenses or treatments.
- Counsel patients on eye health, including preventative care, and recommend appropriate eyewear or treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records, manage prescriptions, and stay updated on new optical technologies and treatments.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and valid state licensure to practice optometry.
- Strong knowledge of vision science, ocular diseases, and the ability to use diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
