Full or Part Time Optometrist (Monday to Friday – Durham, County Durham)

My Client, one of the leading domiciliary companies, is looking to recruit a full or part time optometrist to serve patients in Durham and surrounding areas. The role is Monday to Friday with no weekend requirements and offers flexibility around family and other commitments.

The successful candidate will visit patients in their own homes to conduct comprehensive clinical tests and dispense prescriptions. Working with patients who are often elderly and frail requires a sympathetic approach and empathy. Travel to various locations from your postal address is expected, with an average of 6–7 patients per day.
