An ideal candidate will have superb refracting skills, scleral lens experience, interest in outcome analysis and research, dry eye therapy and keratoconus management. A Mercy Eye Specialists provider will consistently interface with patients, surgeons and need to possess strong communication skills. A passion for education is highly desired.
