Job Role: Oracle CRM Consultant Job Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Work Mode: (Hybrid) Experience : 8 years Role Summary: We are seeking an Oracle CRM Consultant with hands on expertise in Oracle Depot Repair, Oracle Teleservices, and Oracle Service Contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting global clients in AMS/Managed Services environments, with the ability to handle complex service flows, issue resolution, and enhancement requests across both EBS and Cloud service modules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application Support (L2/L3/L4) Provide day to day support for: Oracle Depot Repair Oracle Teleservices Oracle Service Contracts Related service modules and touchpoints in EBS or Cloud.
