- Production ownership for Oracle, IBM Db2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server
- High availability and disaster recovery build/run; failover testing; capacity planning
- Backup and recovery strategy and execution
- Performance tuning, query optimization, and health checks
- Security hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Windows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure production environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Proactive, automation-first mindset
- Experience in regulated environments (Banking/Finance) is highly desirable
