Project Manager – Functional Change (Oracle / ERP Programme)  Location:  Johannesburg (onsite 4 days per week)
Contract:  12 months
Start:  ASAP 
Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Functional Project Manager  to lead the business and change side of a large ERP programme. 
This is not a purely administrative PM role. We need someone who drives outcomes, keeps teams accountable, and ensures the business is ready to adopt change. You’ll work closely with functional leads and stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery and make sure the programme lands successfully across the organisation. 
This role requires a strong people focus  – someone who builds trust, collaborates naturally, and brings teams together to get things done.
