Starts part‑time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full‑time hours after the first 2–3 months.
Hourly Rate: $80‑$90/hr T4A.
Requirements
- 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and system configuration.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes.
